• Carry out value stream analysis with associated production flow analysis
• Planning strategy for production capacity incl. Time studies
• Optimization of warehouse management incl. Kardex
• Clarification of competence requirements with associated training and competence matrix
• Implementation of Performance Measurements
• Implementation of Kaizen method
• Implementation of 5S
• Optimization of Kanban
• Implement process improvements with associated workplace layout
• Implementation of process control incl. improvement initiatives
• Implementation of Troubleshooting models such as 5-Why analysis
• Implementation of entry control incl. Inspection planning
