The positions
By applying for this internship programme, you will get the chance to be matched for an internship around the organization IFP in Hillerød where you will work within some of the following areas:

• App Development
• UX/UI Design
• Data Science & Engineering
• Business Analytics
• IT Automation, Support, and Operations
• Digital Innovation and Transformation

In addition to undertaking tasks in a team, you will be part of a digitalization programme specifically designed for interns where you will be trained in the Microsoft Power Platform, learn to use, and work with data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, etc.

The tasks will vary greatly depending on the department and role. You can expect to become a valued team member, where people will be eager to learn from you and your perspectives and take the time to give you helpful insights. You will get to meet many colleagues within your team, department, or even across the organization, where you will get to manage many stakeholders. Depending on your passion and what you are motivated by, you can affect which assignments you will take on.

Internship details:

• Working hours: 18-37 per week. However, most internships are 37 hours per week with a small possibility to work from home – most of the work will be on-site in Hillerød. For Novo Nordisk, you as a student must get the flexibility that allows you to prioritize your exams and assignments as needed
• Internships are remunerated if your educational track allows this. The internship is paid 12000 DDK pr. month.
• Please note that it is only possible to have an internship within Novo Nordisk once, regardless of its duration
• A Danish full-time work permit is required
• Internships is 6 months, with potential extensions up to a maximum of 12 months
• Location: Hillerød

Qualifications
You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Data Engineering, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, IT & Automation, or another relevant field and you have at least 6 months left of your studies.

We are looking for interns who are keen to learn and able to manage their own time. It is an advance if you are experienced with tools and languages such as PowerBI, Tableau, R, Python, Alteryx, SQL, etc., and is used to working with various stakeholders.

Fluency in English is required, and you must submit your CV in English.

About the department
Our factory ‘Injectable Finished Products (IFP)’ in Hillerød, also called ‘Factory of the Future’, is an ambitious and business-critical area in the entire IFP production network, with approx. 1200 employees. Digitalization is worked with in all areas and departments with many different stakeholders.
