The positionAs our new Senior Investment Controller, you will be responsible for creating transparency and ensuring accuracy in our investment spending across our large portfolio of investment projects. Our broad team consists of experienced finance professionals who work together as a team and thus be part of an environment with plenty of opportunities for sparring and development. Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities include: Ensuring accuracy in the Investment cost forecasts Creating transparency in the uncertainty level of the projected investment cost forecast Challenging and supporting the local project portfolios Training of local Investment Finance Partners and project portfolio managers in investment portfolio controlling Developing, creating, and monitoring relevant follow-up tools enabling key insights into the financial status of our project portfolio Qualifications You preferably hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or Business and possess a minimum of 5 years of practical experience preferably from a manufacturing organization. Additionally, to succeed in the role, you have: Experience in creating and forecasting budgets/costs on a portfolio level Financial knowledge from CAPEX projects Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure Solid stakeholder management skills On a personal level, you present a “can-do” approach and a result-oriented attitude, which enables you to establish strong professional relations internally and externally. You are a Team player with an international mindset and enjoy being part of a global work environment. It is crucial to have the ability to communicate complex issues in an easy-to-understand manner and to proactively manage numerous and changing priorities effectively.
