About AAK Denmark:
Located in the Port of Aarhus, AAK Denmark is the oldest site in AAK founded in1871 and the world’s largest producer of shea oil and fats. These are mostlyused in the chocolate and confectionery industries, but shea oil is also usedin cosmetics. Our highly automated production process runs 24/7 – 365 days ayear, supervized by expert operators from our central control room. Our oil andfats laboratory is responsible for the development of AAK’s global processtechnologies, which contribute to cleaner and more efficient manufacturing, andmore sustainable end products. Our product development team manages developmentactivity across the group, in close collaboration with the Customer InnovationCenter. Our site’s large IT team also works across the globe.

About the apprenticeship:
As an IT Infrastructure Apprentice, you will be an integral part of our ITteam, assisting in the maintenance and development of our company’s ITinfrastructure.
Thisposition is designed for individuals who are passionate about technology andeager to develop their skills in a hands-on environment. You will receivetraining and mentorship while contributing to the efficiency and security ofour IT systems
Theapprenticeship will include hands-on training and mentorship under experiencedIT professionals.
