About the Role:

As an IT Project Manager, you will drive innovation projects and take full responsibility from project initiation to delivery. You will transform ideas into "Proof-of-Concept," test their viability, create implementation projects, and deliver them ready for operation. Sharing progress and results in various forums and supporting other projects to achieve success will be a significant part of your role. Additionally, you will foster collaboration between large organizations with societal responsibility and innovative solutions and projects.

A typical day for you:

• ​Execute project work, securing project commitments and deliveries. 
• ​Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification. 
• ​Decompose the overall purpose and goal of smaller projects, creating a timeline and delivery plan. 
• ​Manage steering committee meetings and report to the IT PMO management. 
• ​Analyze risks and proactive management of these. 
• ​Collaborating with the IT PMO manager and relevant stakeholders to define, prioritize and develop projects. 
• ​Motivate and help develop project participants and act as mediator between stakeholders ensuring performance and progression.

Your Experience:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can lead projects from concept to operations and, if necessary, support implementation within the organization. A keen interest in development and innovation, particularly in the field of electricity and energy solutions, is highly advantageous, however, most importantly you have the will to learn and succeed.

Your Hold:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 
• ​At least 3-5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, either covering IT infrastructure applications or other areas of IT. 
• ​Experience in project management using AGILE and PRINCE2 methodology (or equivalent) for medium to large-sized projects. 
• ​Proven experience in creating and maintaining project plans, including risks, actions, issues, and dependencies. 
• ​Highly efficient in resource planning and tasks assignment. 
• ​Experience in benefits and dependency mapping, risk management, and resource planning. 
• ​Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of a project. 
• ​Experience in defining and delivering benefits realization for projects and programs. 
• ​Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. 
• ​Worked with program and project-level financial management.
