IT-Project Manager (Maternity cover 16 months)

The position

As our new IT-Project Manager your focus will be: Take ownership of the Project Management disciplines on behalf of IT & Digitalization Define the scope for projects. Create plan, manage stakeholders, challenge solutions on behalf of IT & Digitalization. Ensure compliance and quality in all parts of the projects. Involve technology partners (internal & external) and site work package owners. Facilitate workshops and be able to perform process mapping Qualifications You naturally get followership for a project and can communicate at all levels in the organization. To fill this position, we ask you the following: 3 to 5 years of experience as Project Manager within a relevant field for the position (IT, Digitalization etc.). Be able to communicate and write in Danish is a must! As a person, you are known for being a fast-learner and self-driven. You are motivated for wanting to make a difference. Value teamwork as a vital aspect for success. You should have the capability to engage yourself in both the details of the project and having the high-level view. You have excellent cross-cultural collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, and you thrive with taking the lead on problem solving when needed. Finally, you have a good sense of humor and foster a positive work environment.
