Are you a service-minded IT expert with high ambitions, an international mindset and pragmatic approach? We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Specialist & Project Manager to ensure a solid, lean and scalable IT setup that supports the needs of our growing global organization. You will be part of a small IT team with an IT Administrator and IT Student worker that focuses on the daily IT tasks to support both the office and store Shapers. You will report directly to our Vice President of People who is part of our executive group and have a close collaboration with multiple stakeholders in the organization.

Core IT - now and in the future
In the role of IT Specialist & Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving long-term scalability and ensuring high standards of IT security and compliance. You will have the responsibility of the day to day tasks in the IT team, so this is a possibility to try out a managerial role as well.

Your main area of responsibility on a global level includes:

• IT Compliance and Cybersecurity
• External IT Supplier handling and negotiations
• Overall responsible for; Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Defender, Intune, Google Workspace
• Network setup and maintenance
• Device management on both Windows, macOS and iOS
• Day to day support when needed to support the rest of the team
• IT projects and with IT business cases
• IT Project Management expertise and support to the organization – focusing of holistic understanding of system integrations and infrastructure
• Global GDPR responsible

Managing the end-to-end process of translating business requirements into specific IT services and ensuring high security across the systems are key for your success. With a holistic and future-oriented approach you support the business with implementation of integrated IT systems and ensure the right IT setup to handle future growth.

Hardcore IT knowledge combined with Business oriented project management skills
The ideal candidate could for example be a Data Technician or have a university degree within IT Management, and it will be icing on the top to have a project managerial education or certification.

We expect you to have +5 years of experience in the field of IT, and having a background from an international scale-up organization working with Ecommerce is highly valued. You have a track record of success in building, scaling and maintaining IT and network setups. We need you to have strong IT competences within Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Defender, Intune, Google Workspace, and PowerShell. Likewise we expect you to have experience with device management on both Windows, macOS and iOS. Negotiation level of Danish and English, both in verbal and written form, is a prerequisite.

With a pragmatic approach and a can-do attitude you are eager to step outside of your comfort and take on new challenges. You are reliable, service-minded, and capable of delivering expert guidance.
