Key Responsibilities
• Adjust and optimise the processes for 2nd and 3rd level support in the DevOps team around the POMS system.• Participate in the support activities of the POMS system including ticket handling in ServiceNow (incident, problem, change).• Support of equipment – Scanners, tablets, Label Printers, SOTI• Checking databases (SOTI, CS POMS) and integrations e.g., during trouble shooting and root cause analysis• Participate in project activities – e.g. analysis and verification of new releases of the system.• Close contact with superusers and end-users as well as vendors/suppliers Which competencies to bring?
