Together with the Head Chef, you will help run our restaurant in Odense. You will have ample opportunity to take responsibility for your and your colleagues' working day. On a daily basis, you will also collaborate with our administration, management and our other skilled kitchen managers around the country.
As kitchen souschef, we expect you to be a skilled leader, empathetic and have a great overview and energy.
Your tasks consist, in addition to preparation and service, in maintaining the duty schedule, ordering goods, quality control, maintaining cleaning standards, etc. In addition, you have an overview of the team in the kitchen and on the floor when the head chef is not present.
