Building and maintaining great customer relations based on trust and value creation Providing quotations for T&M work by working with operational and technical stakeholders Identifying and driving additional sales opportunities and contract renewals, which create value for both customers and Vestas Managing defect warranty obligations, including assessment of technical reports Facilitating regular customer meetings, maintaining action logs, preparing formal correspondence, and delivering customer reports Handling incoming customer technical queries and coordinating internal subject matter expert input to address the request Providing internal reporting to relevant stakeholders, including contractual risk management, invoicing status, and revenue collection
Qualifications
Educational qualification at Bachelor's or Master's level within a commercial or technical field Minimum 5 years experience as customer manager or similar managing customer relations in a complex organization Fluency in English SAP, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Viva Engage Driver license, category B (car) Valid passport Competencies
Enhanced communication skills, ability to listen A team player, experienced in building a collaborative team culture A strategic mindset with solid commercial and business understanding Sound understanding of contracts and service contracts management Comprehensive negotiation skillset and ability to de-escalate Willing to keep up with a fast pace and work to tight deadlines Proactive, results-oriented and a problem-solver
