The role

We are looking for a skilled colleague for our Modern Workplace department, who has experience in delivering solutions on Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Teams, and who sees management as the next natural step in their career.

As Lead in our Modern Workplace department, you will be responsible for managing, guiding, advising, and developing a dedicated team of consultants at our office in Virum. The team can consist of both technically competent developers as well as digitization and business-savvy consultants. Some are early in their careers and others with considerable experience, but all of them need you to be a present leader in their everyday life.

The candidate

Our wish is that you come with a backpack full of successful projects on the Microsoft 365 platform – primarily SharePoint and Teams – but also with an appetite for Low Code in the Power Platform, as our tasks often include a mix between configuration of standard, deep technical code and the slightly more end-user-friendly approaches to “adaptations”.

As Lead in Delegate Modern Workplace & Productivity, it is not unimportant that you are familiar with the platforms and can also be involved in the deliveries with the customers. This can be anything from workshops and solution architecture to practical implementation of the solution.

You will be responsible for delivery for your customers, and we work with some of Denmark’s largest companies and organizations. We deliver agile projects usually based on Scrum incl. the challenges of delivering agile projects to a fixed budget. You are successful in the role when the projects are COMPLETELY closed AND customers and colleagues are happy. Our solutions are most often developed in close cooperation with our customers, and we meet them where they are and in the needs of their organization, but we also challenge them so that they can continue to develop their business.
