Service Operations is part of Service Northern & Central Europe and is comprised of engineering, technical support, technical sales and technical training.
Responsibilities
Key technical advisor for any service related (after) sales activities and solutions Link between the technical experts and the service sales teams Be part of global Technical and Operational Support team and assist in developing global improvements Be part of the product launches of new after sales solutions by evaluating the solutions and supporting the building of value propositions Identify potential customer and wind farm solutions and prepare clarifications and deviations to customer requirements Take part in customer negotiations where technical expertise is needed and ensure high level of customer satisfaction Keep continuous track of the local technical rules and legislation
Qualifications
A relevant technical education, such as Engineer within Electrical, Mechanical, Aerodynamical or long term experience within Vestas technical department Preferred knowledge or experience in a sales or commercial environment within the Wind industry Fluent in English Advantage to have good language skills in German, Dutch or any Scandinavian or Eastern European language
