About the department
Our Quality Assurance (QA) department consists of approximately 60 dedicated employees being responsible for assuring quality and compliance of Injectable finished products produced in Site Bagsvaerd. Our area is going through a lot of exiting changes and at the same time we ensure compliance of the running business. It is our responsibility to ensure that the documentation meets the regulatory GMP requirements, and we do that in close cooperation with our stakeholders.
The department is divided into 4 teams and in the role as trainee tasks will be handled across the teams as needed.
The position
Under proper guidance and support you will take up managerial tasks in close cooperation with the managers in the department. Examples of this can be facilitation of team development sessions, recruitment of new employees, identify and drive improvements in work processes, participate in leader courses, plan & perform onboarding of employees. In cooperation with the managers, you will take responsibility for some tasks and act as trainee in others. You will take part in daily planning and prioritization of tasks, and you will support the leading, developing and shaping our teams and improve how we work with quality assurance.
You will, together with the management team, ensure to build and maintain a close collaboration with the stakeholders. Simplicity and efficient daily operation are in focus in the department and needs to be further developed together with the team and the department. To succeed, you must be visible with clear goal setting abilities, and coaching skills.
In this role, you will refer to the department manager and you will have an active part in the development of the department.
