Leasing Manager (m/f/d) Denmark

Your tasks:

With your expertise, you develop individual leasing concepts for the Rosengårdcentret at Odense in Denmark and thus ensure the right tenant mix for the retail stores in the center.

During acquisition and lease negotiations, you will act as a strong and professional interlocutor, confidently applying your technical know-how and distinguishing yourself through a fair tone of voice at eye level.

You keep an eye on the specifics of the regional shopping environment and are always informed about the latest retail developments.

Networking is your strength - the retail industry is your home and you have a special eye for brands and new concepts.

Regular reporting to the Proprietor’s in close co-ordination and collaboration with Center Management and Asset Management

Your profile:

The foundation of your success is a business degree with a focus on real estate management or international trade.

You have already been able to successfully apply your specialist knowledge - especially in retail or leasing - for several years in a similar function.

Acquisition and negotiation skills are among your assets.

Dealing with different personalities and cultures suits you.

You describe your way of working as structured, determined and results-oriented.

You bring a high willingness to travel to support the shopping center.

You have business fluent English and Danish skills.
