We are looking for a responsible HR Partner to strengthen our HR department. You will be a part of the local HR Partner team reporting to the head based in Denmark consisting of around 10-15 professional HR employees. As a local HR Partner you will cover the entire HR area, from the operational side to more long-term strategic visions. This specific role is based in Denmark and will therefore be focused on local Danish HR topics.

How to contribute to our vision

As our new HR Partner, you will pro-actively advise and support local and international line managers with Danish employees in people and organization related topics along the hire-to-retire cycle, including counselling and support with case management for complex employee relations matters and in the resolution of specific individual local HR issues (e.g., disciplinary actions, severance payments, talent development etc.)

In addition, you will lead and facilitate annual HR process cycles such as merit increase, performance, and workforce planning across assigned area to ensure consistency and correct application of global frameworks and policies. You will support line managers to align their local operations and employee capabilities to the overall strategic direction.

Your role would be to serve as reliable HR Partner and liaison between employees and country line managers with regards to general HR consulting topics. You will have ongoing exchange with line managers of assigned areas and identify key focus development areas and implement actions to achieve the results.

You will take part in creating key performance indicators and provide meaningful insights about workforce performance and development as well as providing expert support in labor law affairs and keep up to date on case law to reduce legal risks and fulfil regulatory compliance (GDPR etc.). In addition, you will monitor effective and compliant use of HR guidelines, processes, and tools on country level, identify gaps and initiate improvement measures.

In this position you will collaborate with CoE and deploy global HR policies, strategies, and instruments on country level according to HR strategy, while also support our talent acquisition by promoting HR related topics in the organization.

Stakeholder management is key as you will be closely collaborating with various levels of the organization as well as with external vendors. Profound local knowledge on all HR functions and HR services is an advantage.

What you need to make a difference

A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for someone who has successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Strategy or equivalent. It is expected you have 1-3 years of experience in a HR generalist position and have experience within a multinational company with a strong corporate footprint.

As a result of your experience, you have a deep understanding of the HR toolbox and key processes. It is required to have profound knowledge of Danish Labor Law and proven track record in executing HR strategy. As a person you are not afraid to voice your opinions, welcome challenges and take charge when needed. You are trustworthy and great at building relationships. As you will be communicating daily with various stakeholders, it is crucial that you are fluent in verbal and written English.

As a person you take ownership and accountability for assigned deliverables and are a team player, experienced in setting priorities and in dealing with different stakeholders on all management levels. You have a positive attitude, an open and curious mind-set, an analytic and detailed way of working.
