Most clients are Fortune 500 clients that look to hire early career tech talent from GenSpark, so you can begin your career working for one of the world's top employers.

• Strong skills in communication, motivation, and self-discipline
• Willing to commit to a role for a minimum of 18 months

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred, not required for all cohorts)
• Prior experience in a technology field
• Knowledge of object oriented programming languages
