About the role:
As Management Systems Lead, you play a key role in ensuring our compliance with HSER standards and safety legislations, including staff training activities. You support our sites with development and continuous improvement of certifications and reports, and you are the one to create a comprehensible overview and system for following up on our results. Another part of the role is responsibility for our site audit structure – making sure it is user friendly and efficient, and following up on necessary identified actions.
You will work closely with our plant management teams, functional managers, and your peers across the region; and also be a point of contact for authorities, suppliers, and customers - so being a good communicator and collaborator is a must to succeed in this role.
You will be a part of the Nordic HSER team and report to our Nordic HSER & Quality Manager , and can be based either in Grenaa or Vejle, with some travelling to our other sites to be expected.
About you:
We believe that you hold a relevant academic degree paired with a few years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing production environment. This means that you have a strong understanding of product safety, FSC process, management systems and legislations, and previous hands-on experience working with standardizing processes, standard implementation, and compliance.
As a person, you are a natural project leader, with a pragmatic and pro-active approach, an eye for detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
