The position
is based in Bagsværd, and you will report to the Director of Records Management & Data Integrity. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: Have years of managerial experience, coaching and motivating your employees to deliver their best and experience with GXP. Hold a relevant Master’s degree within natural science, IT or equivalent. Possess a strong business perspective for both the quality business and stakeholders, with a strategic ability to balance quality, delivery, and cost. As a person, you are well-organized and achieve strong results by engaging your employees in taking pride in delivering on their objectives. Your ability to communicate clearly and collaborate is essential, and you are fluent in English both in speaking and writing. About the department Records Management & Data Integrity, a part of Novo Nordisk Quality, is responsible for maintaining and continuously developing the records management process, operation of the central archives according to GLP and the supporting IT systems at Novo Nordisk. We ensure that our process comply with regulatory requirements and operate as smoothly as possible.
