Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Performance Engineering NCE

Performance Engineering is a sub department of Service Operations NCE, which supports the On- and Offshore Service and Construction business with technical knowledge and acting as the link between engineering and the local service regions.
The team consists of team members, right now, expanding to colleagues. The main area of support is improvement of the turbine performance, from an operational and technical point of view.

Responsibilities

Responsible for own department and employees, considering their impact on other parts of the value chain by delivering technical support

Drive and build a safety culture within your team

Take responsibility for department deliverables, delegating work as needed

Guide decisions on employment conditions and staffing arrangements in collaboration with local P&C business partners

Oversee the budget in your department, ensuring cost consciousness and adherence to approved site budgets

Lead, facilitate, and deliver results through operational and tactical decisions, focusing on KPI targets

Qualifications

2+ years leading in technical support functions

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

Familiarity with management principles and people leadership

Experience in distance management, planning and coordinating remotely

Preferred knowledge of wind turbines

General understanding of high-level service processes

Fluent in English (both verbal and written) and confident in using Microsoft Office

Competencies

Skilled in developing and leading teams

You are open-minded and bring a positive attitude based on integrity and respect

Ability to interact well with colleagues at all levels

You show cultural commitment and appreciate working in diverse national and cultural contexts

Structured yet responsive; can work with little to no supervision

Motivated problem solver who can maintain calm determination in a time-sensitive situation
