Assistant Manager or Manager in KPMG Advisory? We look for a new colleague to join our passionate team in KPMG Transaction Services – M&A / Technology Due Diligence. We crunch the M&A tech part in some of Denmark’s major deals!
We are progressive and rapidly growing team advising clients on tech due diligence and post deal IT integration/separation. As part of the KPMG Deal Advisory team, we work together with more than 70 professionals and together we have closed more than 200 deals for some of Denmark’s largest companies. We are proud of being one of the leading deal providers in the Danish market and to keep this position we need more talents to join our team.
A detailed assessment of the technical and digital capabilities of a target company can have a significant impact on deal financials, valuation, and investment thesis. We deliver both vendor and buy-side DDs, ranging from full-scope reporting to investigating a specific area. We assess both the supporting technology landscape and the tech product and during our Tech DD process we typically cooperate with other streams like Financial and Legal Due Diligence, as technology-related findings can potentially impact deal valuation and purchase agreement terms.
Due to the increase in the number of transactions taking place in the market we are expanding our Deal team in Copenhagen, and we look for an Assistant Manager or Manager, who is driven by tech due diligence and advising customers on complex transactions.
Enable our clients to handle their transactions and growth agenda by assessing their technical and digital capabilities
As Assistant Manager or Manager, you will enable a wide range of transaction-related services regarding tech due diligence. This includes e.g. assessing the IT landscape and tech products, potential IT risks, identifying integration challenges and risks and identify growth and scalability potential and inhibitors. You will work close with the customer’s top management to realize and maximize the value of the transaction and you will work closely with the rest of KPMG’s Deal team.

The person we look for is specialized within tech due diligence and is an experienced consultant working with due diligence projects. Your work experience is 3-6 years, and your original background is perhaps IT/tech, finance and/ or due diligence. Moreover, it would be great if you have interest or even work experience that include integration and separation advisory.
As a person you thrive in a co-operative and collaborative team environment. We expect you to be open-minded, creative and flexible. You should have great investigative and communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire for continuous learning and success. You are comfortable working in a time-sensitive setting, and with new people in teams that change from one project to the next. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, keen to learn quickly and take on additional responsibility where possible and relevant.
