Your challenges
:As our new Market Activation Digital Manager, you will become part of Performance Marketing in VELUX, joining the Market Activation team of four colleagues working from our Head Office in Hørsholm. In this role you will be the key interface with our Southwest region and responsible for collaborating closely with regional counterparts in the regional team to execute various marketing projects. A crucial part of the role is to closely monitor performance together with the region and utilize data to drive decisions and optimize performance across all market activations.
This role will serve as a key liaison between the global team and regional stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with company objectives and projects.
Your primary tasks will be to:
Collaborate with regional teams to facilitate the rollout of marketing websites, features/functionalities and content production in respective markets.
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, sharing insights with regional stakeholders and implementing necessary optimizations.

Support regions in content creation efforts, adhering to global frameworks and guidelines to ensure consistency and brand alignment.
Maintain regular communication with regional teams, actively listening to their feedback/local needs and addressing concerns promptly.
Act as a champion for regional perspectives within the global team, advocating for their needs and preferences in strategy development and implementation.
Support with key stakeholder meetings between the global team and regional counterparts, facilitating discussions and ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and working in an agile manner to meet deadlines and objectives.
Utilize data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance across all market activations.
The Southwest Regional Head Office is in Paris, and therefore you will need to visit this and other offices in the region on a regular basis. Travel is expected 2-3 days a month.
Your qualifications:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive person with a background in digital marketing, encompassing expertise in SEO, website optimization, campaign management & tracking, content optimization and paid media. You come with a demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, taking the initiative to drive projects forward and solve problems creatively. As this role will navigate in a diverse and cross-cultural environment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial to succeed.
Moreover, we expect you to:
Have a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and minimum 3 years' experience with digital marketing.
Have proven experience in project management or coordination, preferably from a global or multinational environment.
Hold a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, paid media, and website analytics.
Be highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Have experience with GA4 or similar.
