Are you an energetic and creative Visual Merchandise Responsible who wants to take responsibility of the visual expression at ONLY STORES in France? Are you looking for a challenging role in an international fashion company? Then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

ONLY STORES is currently looking for an experienced and self-driven Visual Merchandise Responsible to join our fast-growing Retail Business.

A CREATIVE AND DYNAMIC TEAM
ONLY STORES is Denmark’s largest Retail Fashion Business, operating with ONLY and ONLY & SONS stores across Europe. With an ambitious growth strategy, our goal is to establish additional 300 stores to our current 700 stores during the coming years. Therefore, we need to strengthen our team with a skilled Visual Merchandise Responsible to ensure a strong and outstanding visual expression in our fashion stores in France.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As our new Visual Merchandise Responsible, you become part of our Merchandise Department, which is a very dynamic and vibrant team driven by the passion to make a difference. You will be the overall responsible for executing ONLY’s core visual identity at the French market. In order to stay among the best looking and performing stores, you are always up-to-date on trends and are motivated by implementing new ideas to constantly optimize ONLY’s visual expression. Alongside with our merchandisers, you will collaborate with our Procurement team to stay ahead in developing the right sales-promoting activities.
More specifically, your areas of responsibility include:

Ensuring strong commercial and visual execution of products/campaigns in the stores in close collaboration with the Retail team

Establishing merchandising guidelines for ONLY STORES in France

Collaborating closely with the local market and key stakeholders

Developing in-store materials

Training and developing local merchandisers in France

Participating in store openings and conducting workshops

INNOVATIVE & DETAILORIENTED MERCHANDISER
You are result-oriented, creative, and structured, thriving in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike. Since one of the most important parts of your job involves store visits in France, it is essential that you are a strong communicator and motivated by building successful relations internally as well as externally. Moreover, we are looking for a candidate with:

Visual merchandising experience in a fashion retail company

Experience in creating and executing Visual Merchandising strategies

A talent for training and developing other Visual Merchandisers

Analytical and structured mindset

Strong understanding of store operations

Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
