Job Title: Live-in Nanny
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark | London, UK
Position Type: Full-time, Live-in Qualified Nanny
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 9:30am | 3:30pm - 8:30pm
Salary: £45k per annum
Start Date: ASAP
A wonderful family residing in Copenhagen is in search of a highly skilled and experienced nanny to provide care for their charming 3-year-old son. This position offers the opportunity for live-in accommodation, featuring a private ensuite double room with a separate entrance for the nanny's comfort and convenience. While the family currently resides in Copenhagen, they are planning a relocation to London in the future, and they highly value a candidate who is open to making this transition with them. This role promises to be deeply fulfilling, offering the chance to develop alongside a phenomenal and affectionate family.
Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care for the 3-year-old boy in a safe and stimulating environment.
Engage the child in age-appropriate activities to promote his physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for the child.
Maintain the child's daily routine, including nap times and bedtime.
Organise and participate in educational outings and activities.
Perform light housekeeping duties related to the child's care, such as tidying up toys and washing dishes.
Communicate regularly with the parents to provide updates on the child's progress and well-being.
Ensure the child's safety at all times, both indoors and outdoors.
Assist with any additional tasks or errands as needed.
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a nanny or childcare provider, with a genuine passion for working with children.
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence in driving, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Spanish language proficiency preferred but not essential.
Valid First aid and DBS certification.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
Must be trustworthy, reliable, and responsible.
