THE OPPORTUNITY
We are currently hiring a Night Porter for a full-time position. As a Night Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay by maintaining a friendly, peaceful, and courteous atmosphere throughout the hostel.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Assist guests and create a cozy atmosphere
• Facilitate check-in processes
• Manage sales of beverages, snacks, and more
• Handle administrative tasks during the night
• Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
• Represent Steel House Copenhagen with a positive attitude and dynamic teamwork

REQUIREMENTS

• Treat all guests with the utmost care and hospitality
• Be positive, outgoing, and service-minded
• Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English; Danish and other languages are advantageous
• Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required.
