As a Nordic B2P Marketing Specialist, you will work with the development and implementation of various marketing programs and activities targeted for professional photographers and videographers. Your focus will be on strengthening the Canon brand by cultivating customer loyalty and maximising customer lifetime value. Your responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to: Development, implementation, and optimisation of the local strategy for centrally led loyalty programs Canon Club and Canon Professional Services. Tasks including elements like content marketing, webinars, events, and newsletters for member acquisition, engagement, and retention Implementation and development of centrally led photographer programs: Ambassador Program and Student Development Program Establishment of relationships with retail partners to coordinate and integrate where possible the effective delivery of the various programs Development of Nordic service marketing proposition for professional photographers. Content development for Nordic newsletters, follow-up and evaluation, recommendations for optimization Analysis of KPI’s set for the programs, recommendations for future improvements Nordic champ for market wide promotion execution, follow-up and reporting

Experience in content marketing, digital marketing, and project management, handling multiple projects simultaneously Know-how when it comes to developing, implementing, and driving marketing activities together with external partners & agencies Experience in working with customer insights and data Structured and entrepreneurial way of working and ability to ensure that high quality is delivered - even under pressure and with many stakeholders involved Experience to clarify, manage and prioritize several deliverables to meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to push through new ideas & ways to develop business Preferably Nordic and/or European outlook and cultural understanding, experience working cross border Experience in managing customer loyalty and/or service programs is seen as an advantage, as well as experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
You will need BSc degree in Marketing or Business administration 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and strong analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to shape style to audience, and experience to create strong working relationships across functions and borders Interest in photo- and videography Possibility to travel 3-5 days per month Fluent in both in spoken and written Danish as well as fluent in English
