Description and Requirements
Our Nordic eCommerce team is looking for a student to help in the day-to-day management of a dynamic ecommerce business in Nordics region.
This role is based in Søborg and offers a flexible working environment.
Working hours can vary and will be adjusted to your studies, but weekly working hours will be around 15-20 hours. You will have an ability to work independently and be an integral part of the evolving eCommerce team in Lenovo globally.
You'll be responsible for:
Helping lead the day-to-day website hygiene project with focus on content quality and overall customer experience across all 4 Nordics countries: Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland. Helping the team analyze customer experience satisfaction feedback to identify and prioritize customer pain points and develop plans to address root cause issues. Analyze key site metrics across Customer Journey. Work with extended Lenovo teams to implement short, medium, and long-term customer experience improvements. You'll bring: Danish and English spoken & written; Swedish/Norwegian/Finnish would be a plus. Passionate about eCommerce and technology. You think analytically and systematically, ability to analyse data problems. Detail-oriented with good organizational, and analytical skills vital. You will have very good PC and Microsoft Office skills.
