Organizational Change Manager

We are looking for an OCM Partner for one of our clients in the Pharma Industry. You will be working closely together with two solution tracks, providing organizational change management, communication & stakeholder engagement in accordance to the IT & Automation OCM approach & strategy.

Location: Greater Copenhagen

• Relevant educational background
• Relevant background within communication
• Strong experience with Change Management
• Experience with the mentioned tasks
• Strong in building working relationships (internal and external)
• Solid understanding/qualification of Project Management Principals
• Well organized and capable of meeting agreed deadlines
• Strategic thinking with operational focus
• Organizational thinking, planning & adherence to timelines
• Person with good communication skills
• Take own initiatives and ensure for results
• Strong English skills - both written and oral
• Valid EU work permit - making you able to start working right away

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Experience with communications in a PMO/programme setting is a requirement - communications background is an advantage
• Ensure that the different projects under IT & Automation adhere to our communications strategy and their IT & Automation visual brand identity
• Partner with work package owners and project managers in the two tracks to deliver effective communications assets via our established channels - such as our demo sessions, full team meetings and solution track meetings
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement efforts together with the rest of the PMO OCM team via their IT & Automation communications plan
• Initiate & drive change readiness assessments (as defined in their OCM strategy) for Digital Use Cases & AP Automation together with track project managers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the program's stakeholders, including internal and external stakeholders
