Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Paid Media Marketing Manager to join our marketing team in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to grow the efficiency of campaigns to new heights. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, with a keen eye for optimisation and a passion for driving continuous improvement in our digital marketing efforts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
  • Utilize data to monitor, analyze, and optimize digital marketing efforts, driving continuous improvements and results for our key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimize budget allocation across markets and digital marketing platforms to maximize the impact of the budget.
  • Continuously monitor lead conversions to improve lead quality and ensure better conversion rates at different stages of the customer journey.
  • Ensure a coherent A/B test setup for each digital marketing advertising platform in collaboration with the creative team to test creatives, text, placements, formats, and advertising channels.
  • Daily optimization of marketing channels, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, programmatic advertising, and insertion orders/direct deals.
  • Identify new channels for executing digital campaigns with a focus on brand awareness, lead nurturing, or lead generation.

Requirements

  • Preferred a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least three years of proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media, preferably with focus on SEM and paid social. Experience in programmatic buying is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends and make actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes and ROI.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing.
