Payroll Specialist, Nordic

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Tip Group, where fun meets unparalleled HR support? We are thrilled to announce a new opportunity within our dynamic team of five for a meticulous and dedicated individual to join us as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will be the sole specialist responsible for salary management, with support from the HR Managers.
 

As a vital member of our Nordic HR team, you will:

  • Handle employee payroll queries with precision and efficiency
  • Collect, import, and upload crucial data to our payroll provider, ensuring accuracy in Time and attendance, New hires, Leavers, Long-term absence, and Non-Fixed payroll elements
  • Maintain payroll master data meticulously, guaranteeing integrity and compliance
  • Prepare and oversee all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring smooth execution
  • Manage administrative tasks related to payroll activities such as insurance, absence/leave, and pension providers
  • Prepare, review, and submit reports to relevant authorities, including Virk.dk and Svenskt Näringsliv
  • Generate bonus letters, salary reviews, and other essential documents accurately
  • Provide absence and salary reports to colleagues across the Nordics and at HQ
  • Facilitate manual salary payments through our Helpdesk system
  • Update and maintain correct payroll data in Workday, our integrated HR management system
     
  • We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • A relevant education background as a payroll accountant or similar
  • Proven experience in managing outsourced payroll administration and processes for multiple countries
  • In-depth knowledge of collective agreements and legislation governing wages in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, alongside familiarity with other relevant IT systems and tools (experience with Workday and Microsoft Office is advantageous)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English, enabling effective interaction across organizational levels and with diverse stakeholders

  • The position will be located in Taastrup, at our Nordic main office, with reference to our HR Director, Nordic.
