Your role
In the role of a Principal Consultant, you will anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. You will be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Key responsibility
Execution and delivery responsibility of a large program with specific goals while managing all stakeholders Understanding and defining the program charter Planning and Execution of Program objectives and translating those to specific goals Develop a collaborative, cross functional and supportive approach with all stakeholders aligned Required Worked in Telcom sector with good domain understanding and having experience of 15+ years Strong technical delivery and program management skills Delivery of projects in an IT business environment in Telecomm industry Demonstrable business and financial understanding and good track record of delivering complex transformation programs. Experience of leading big teams, and large project/program management capabilities. Delivery and execution of the program as per contractual commitments Stake holder management @ CxO level. Partner / Vendor management skills Good experience in pre-sales Review and monitor risks, dependencies and issues Review the team capacity and loading against the commitments Understanding customers supply chain and retail business Aligning the program objectives to client specific supply chain constraints Identify and adopt relevant retail industry best practices to client context Identify staffing gaps and skill set gaps with action plan and work with delivery managers to get them resolved Day to day involvement for deliverables, People Connect, Rewards & recognition, people aspirations etc.. Regular tracking and status reporting for iteration Preferred Strong knowledge of Telecom OSS/BSS domain Delivering Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.
