The areas of People and Culture play an important role in succeeding with this transformation, and that’s why we are looking for a new People & Culture Consultant to support the delivery of our strategic priorities.

The development of People & Culture as well as using people data analytics to listen to the organization and prioritize themes and solutions play an important role in succeeding with this transformation.
You will be responsible for (our requirements)
Supporting the development and delivery of strategic priorities and projects in People & Culture
Support the use of data to understand challenges and enable focus on the most relevant areas and effective interventions through data analytics
Support and roll-out relevant communication activities
Support the development of relevant measures and targets, and track progress
What we value
You have experience with global projects and data analytics, can work independently and have a can-do mind-set. You enjoy working in a global environment and engaging with people across the organization. Your approach is based on research, data and experience, but you are also pragmatic and ready to experiment and learn as we go along.
2-4 years of experience within relevant field
Passionate about the People & Culture agenda and data analytics
Strong presence and stakeholder management skills - ability to engage with people across the organization to talk, facilitate meetings and workshops, and present initiatives
Ability to execute and deliver hands-on, practical aspects of global programs and processes
Excellent data and analytics skills – experience with Workday is preferable but not a prerequisite
