People Data Analyst (maternity cover) - Aarhus or Gdansk

Do you love data? Are you passionate translating data into actionable insights in a global organisation? If the answer is ‘yes’ we might have a perfect position for you as we are looking for a new colleague to join our People Insights team for a 12 months’ paternity cover.
As a People Data Analyst you will be working in a multinational team of dedicated professionals who are focused on delivering actionable insights that continuously drive Arla towards achieving its goals and providing a superior employee experience. You will join the Global People Insights team located in our HQ in Denmark as well as in our shared service centre in Gdansk. The role could be located either in Denmark or in Poland.
The job
As a People Data Analyst you will be working in Global HR, supporting over 22,000 colleagues worldwide enabling data-driven performance culture. We are looking for a person to continue driving the People Analytics agenda in various projects, to interact with key customers and stakeholders across our business and participate in various projects that drive business value.
We expect that you are curious and eager to take lead in developing innovative reporting solutions that provide global leaders with accurate data in order to support data-driven decision-making, and thus help us drive our People Analytics journey in Arla.

The candidate
You are highly dedicated to deliver high-quality work and have an eye for details. You can translate business request into data insights, and secure a sustainable setup.
You like to be part of a team and collaboration is important to you. You thrive when in direct contact to your many stakeholders and when you need to use your analytical and creative skills to find answers to their questions – or use data to ask questions that they need to investigate. You have a strong execution mindset, Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and good at working in a fastmoving environment with tight deadlines.
