Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

Provide world-class support to Deltek’s Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud based customers.

Leveraging a problem-solving mindset to effectively understand, troubleshoot and triage.

Meeting operational and customer satisfaction-related metrics both individually and as part of a team.

Driving continuous improvements and expand skills and knowledge.

Effectively managing customer expectations, and customer experience as well as contributing to our Knowledge Base.

Collaborating with your Line Manager, as well as proactively managing job tasks.

Contributing to project-level initiatives across our team to bring value to our people, our customers, and our business.

Qualifications

Qualifications Must-have skills/ experience:

Progressive experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role with a technology business

Previous Knowledge of Maconomy ERP system, accounting background, Software and/or Database knowledge (SQL or Oracle) and/or Superuser experience from another ERP system is an advantage.

A clear passion for delivering great customer service and demonstrating customer-centric behaviors.

Successful career thus far working in a team environment and strong problem-solving skills

Ownership with the ability to handle & prioritize multiple tasks at the same time

General Microsoft server operating system knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, operating independently and being self-motivated
