As part of our SRS team you will be dedicated to one of our partners which consist of pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Role Overview:As a Principal Statistician with you'll play a pivotal role in leading statistical work within projects and indications. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely solutions for our client. From project leadership to methodological advancements, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of clinical research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead statistical contributions to studies, development plans, and regulatory strategies.
• Direct project work to meet quality and timeline requirements.
• Provide decision support for informed business choices.
• Mentor and support the education of statistics staff.

Requirements:

• MSc/PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as R and/or SAS.
• Strong knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in independent research and innovative statistical solutions.
• Familiarity with Bayesian statistics.
• Track record of methodological development supported by scientific publications.
