Job Title: Process Improvement Expert
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

We are looking for a Process Improvement Expert to develop and lead the rollout the fundamental process standards and serve as a guide and educator for other regional operating units. This is a very well-known global company in the area of catering looking to bring on board a Lean Six Sigma specialist. Is it you?

Tasks:

Stakeholder management to consider risks, and challenging points and provide solutions

Be the point of contact for questions and act as a coach for the region so they can learn “best practices”

Making sure the standards are well equilibrated

Be part of the Global “standards” team and advise of the creation of multi-year plans

Occasionally providing global sessions to develop best practices

Work closely with other departments such as finance to track the economic impact

Liaise with unit leaders like HR and procurement to improve systems, methodologies, and assets

In contact with floor staff to implement and maintain the process changes

Carrying out different trainings to the units

Supporting the creation of new training and making it available to the rest of the company

Test existing standards together with the local team

Continuously revise and improve the core process standards

Travel is involved in the role (30%-35%)

Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or similar

6 Sigma or Lean Black Belt certification is a must

ISO auditing is a plus

Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics or food retail industries

Fluent English + Danish

Excellent communication skills
