We are looking for a Procurement Associate to join our Customer Excellence team and be part of a team supporting the more than 12.000 global end-users of our procurement system. The position
In the role as Procurement Associate, you will:

Drive customer excellence and be an integral part of providing world class technical and business process support to more than 20.000 global users of our purchasing system.

Support our global user base in executing the purchase-to-pay process in our procurement system Coupa by placing POs on behalf of the user and following the PO through to payment.

Support key stakeholders across the organisation, on all levels of the business, in providing daily support for our procurement system via e-mail and phone.

Solve cases in connection to technical system questions as well as business process-related questions.

Closely collaborate with system subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and execute support optimisation opportunities, to improve our users´ satisfaction and bring down the need for support activities.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

Have previous experience from working in a supporting role within procurement e.g., buyer

Have previous experience with technical support, procurement processes support, digitalisation, or IT

Have experience in working with procurement systems e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP or other advanced procurement systems is an advantage

Can communicate effortlessly in English, both verbally and in writing

Have solid stakeholder management skills, and you are confident in working with new stakeholders, on all levels of the organisation, on a day-to-day basis

Furthermore, you are a service minded problem-solver with the ability to bridge business-needs to technical content and communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly way. You are a dedicated team player who naturally collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and you are passionate about providing high quality customer support with focus on user satisfaction.

If you are eager to build up knowledge in procurement and procurement digitalization from a process- and system perspective, and you are confident in providing solutions to system-users via e-mail as well as via the phone, we look very much forward to hearing from you.

The department
Corporate Procurement is responsible for the global indirect spend in Novo Nordisk of app. 50 billion DKK. We define and drive the global procurement strategy.
