We are looking for an experienced Product Manager for the Milk and Yoghurt category in Arla Denmark, where you will play a pivotal role bringing eg innovation projects, packaging designs, sustainability projects to live on strong brands like A24, Arla ØKO, Cheasy and Yoggi. In this role, you will be a crucial part in managing our product portfolio and will be working closely together with Local brand managers, Global product managers, Dairies across markets, Planning and Sales. As Product Manager you will be the daily key contact person on brand and PL portfolios. You will be a member of Arla DK marketing, based in Aarhus (Viby). How you will make an impact
As our new Product Manager, your primary responsibility will be driving and leading the product portfolio for Milk and Yoghurt from ideation to launch on shelf. Milk and Yoghurt is some of the most important categories within Dairy, covering both existing strong brands and new upcoming brands. You will be working with many different product management related tasks and responsibilities as new product development, renovation of existing products, packaging design, material number creation, SKU management, complexity reduction etc. You will have a large contact base working with both external partners and agencies as well as internal colleagues across functions in Global Product Management, Marketing, Production Site, Sales and Planning and Legal. You will be involved in securing that our product portfolio meets the needs of our customers and consumers and it will be your responsibility to secure that new concepts and product innovations will be launched as planned and that all data is delivered as agreed with our customers.

What will make you successful

You have approximately 3-5 years of experience in commercial FMCG roles maybe as product manager, business analysist or similar within FMCG, preferably been working with portfolio management, masterdata and systems. You have a Master’s degree, preferably within marketing or equivalent.

Using your energy and drive, you plunge into all tasks with enthusiasm and a smile. You are meticulous and accurate, and with a detailed and structured way of working as your job requires a lot of coordination. Your ability to make the right priorities is essential, and you never compromise on quality and timely delivery, even when the pace is high and deadlines are looming. You thrive with a job where some tasks are “routine” and require 100% control of details while other tasks demand proactivity, drive, holistic and creative thinking and strong project management skills. Your background has given you a sound business understanding and experience with product management preferably from an FMCG environment. Regardless of your background, Danish and English proficiency is a must, just as good cooperating skills and an open and curious mindset.
