Product Manager

Location: EU countries/UK

About the role:

As a Product Manager you will play a strategic role within Auditdata organization and be the “CEO” of our Practice Management product portfolio, responsible for its commercial success, defining the product strategy, pricing, and assuring the market access & compliance.

You will work closely with inside and outside stakeholders and report directly to Auditdata’s C-level.

To be successful in this role you have a high drive about elevating the audiology industry and enhancing the patient's experience when they enter a hearing clinic. You understand the retail domain and the healthcare industry (within either Audiology or Optical specifics) and have strong business and communication skills, comfortable analyzing data to make data-driven decisions.

What you will do:

• Be close to the hearing care retail market through interactions constantly
• Establish and run tactical and strategic customer advisory boards
• Define the product strategy and manage commercial delivery of next generation SaaS practice management solution with multi year roadmap for the product line
• Gather market input and requirements, user groups and interact with different customer segments
• Work closely with Product Owners to specify solutions for development
• Build, challenge and defend market relevant deliveries for product developments internally as well as externally, mature and bring them successfully to the market
• Develop and present product demonstrations; deliver content for Sales & Product Marketing Program
• Report product line results, issues and opportunities
• Cooperate with Pre-sales, Sales and Marketing and participate in customer and partner meetings
• Develop pricing strategy

What you will bring:

• 5+ years experience in Product Management in retail sector
• Experience of full product development life cycle, building large-scale software solutions (SaaS/CRM/ERP) and POS-retail or similar platforms
• Documented track record within product management and developing business cases
• Familiar with Agile methodology
• Experience working with international customers
• Relevant education such as: MsC, BsC, or similar

Will be a plus:

• Experience/knowledge of the audiological/optical industry 
• Project management skills

You are:

• Strong communicator, persuasive in both writing and verbally
• Data driven and analytical
• Fluent in English
