How will you make an impact?
Supply Chain Finance plays a key role in Arla’s Supply Chain, and in this role, you will drive analysis and projects to secure transparency and drive performance across Arla's global supply chain. Based in Arla’s head office in Viby, Denmark, you will join our Costing and Masterdata team in Supply Chain Finance, which is responsible for managing the logistics cost principles, processes, and the Master data behind it. We have a strong ambition to excel in product costing, stakeholder management, and efficient communication.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for product costing within a specific segment of our dairies. You will take ownership of overall costing and related performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. While operational tasks will be supported by our dedicated back office in Gdansk and project resources in Viby, your focus will be on implementing and governing principles, driving efficient communication, and fostering collaboration.

As this is a newly established role, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the job and contribute to our global agenda, promoting alignment, standardization, and effective communication throughout the organization. The position is located in Aarhus, but you can expext 20-30 traveldays a year. These days will primarily be at the Danish dairies, but also some travel days outside Denmark.
What will make you successful
We are seeking a candidate who has experience and a background in costing, finance, or business partnering. A good financial acumen and understanding of costing processes and principles in a production environment is preferable, but we are open-minded. The ability to handle pressure and navigate internal and external challenges and conflicts is necessary in this role. Effective and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage different audiences and levels of the organization, are highly valued.
Key qualifications and skills include:
Hopefully, you are an expert within the Microsoft Office package, and it would be an advantage if you have experience with product cost and SAP.
