Program Manager - KYC Target Operating Model (32539)

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Program Manager to plan, scope, build up, and lead the execution of a program aimed at delivering a cutting-edge KYC (Know Your Customer) Target Operating Model. As an imperative for our client to reach its targets and successfully implement a Global KYC Tool, this role is pivotal to the client´s success.

Key Responsibilities :

Program Leadership : Lead the end-to-end execution of the program to deliver the Target Operating Model, covering KYC processes, organization, governance, technology, sourcing, location, people, skills, and performance management.

Strategic Direction : Provide expert guidance and leverage your experience in developing and delivering similar initiatives to shape the development and delivery of the Target Operating Model.

Stakeholder Management : While not having direct reports, your exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills are vital for the successful execution of this complex program, which encompasses all countries and business areas.

Office Presence : Initially, the consultant is expected to be in the office for one day a week. In , if the contract is extended, this requirement will increase to three days per week.

Requirements :

Experience : Senior-level experience in leading projects or programs, with a track record of success in managing complex environments.

Communication : Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Deadline-Driven : Proven experience with multiple project deliveries within tight deadlines while being comfortable with ambiguity.

Education : A relevant university degree. Background from a large financial institution and experience with financial crime prevention is a definite plus.

Language : Full proficiency in the English language and the ability to package and deliver information to diverse target audiences.

Attributes : Proactive, flexible, and collaborative with a strong desire to achieve results. Demonstrated courage in asking critical questions.

Onsite/remote: Consultant is expected to be 1 day a week in the office. If the contract will be prolonged, it should be 3 days per week in .
