The position
In this role, you will be expected to define, manage, and operate a project programme with cross organisational impact and deliverables important to Novo Nordisk. We expect you to be experienced in naturally spearheading change in large organisation and running similar programmes. The project programme has the aim to transform how we work, develop our business processes, supported by digital solutions catering for enterprise thinking and embarking on structured data as a foundation. Your main responsibilities will be focused on:• Defining and establishing scope of the project programme in agreement with stakeholders across the organization• Linking programme and redefining current scoped project, related to early and structured planning of regulatory submissions and approvals, to next level • Driving and overseeing the cross organisational project programme with several individual project tracks of smaller and larger size• Maturing organisational processes, digital solutions and governance to enable more efficient LCM project execution• Ensuring stakeholder and project alignment with other similar, overlapping and supporting initiatives• Providing leadership and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence Qualifications To be a competitive candidate, you should have:• A relevant MSc degree and proven experience, at least 10 years, in a similar role - working as a single contributor within project management, process optimization and digital implementations• A strong cross value chain business understanding is required, good stakeholder management capabilities and communication skills• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry will be considered as an advance, but not required• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices and great communication and change management skills• Professional proficiency in English On a personal level, you have excellent communication and collaboration skills which are fundamental in this role for effective interaction with others. You are self-motivated which signifies an internal drive and initiative to accomplish tasks independently. This quality is complemented by the adaptability to seamlessly transition between working independently and collaboratively within a team setting. About the department You will be anchored in Submission Excellence, a functional unit in RA CMC & Device. We have the overall purpose of driving a continuously ambitious LCM agenda, working closely with stakeholders up- and downstream to shorten lead time for global submissions. We ensure quality in our processes, by simplifying and driving continuous process optimization, both in business processes and within our digital landscape of core IT systems, in close collaboration with peers across the organisation.
