The position
As our new Project Manager for labelling at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for implementing complex regulatory requirements for packaging material updates. Your primary responsibilities will include:• Lead impactful projects across organizational boundaries• Ensure assessment of labelling impact for integrating new assets/engagements driven by external innovation• Set the direction for improving our current labelling processes• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective engagement and communication• Use your project management skills to drive process improvement and solve complex problems Qualifications The ideal candidate has strong project management skills and a proven track record of solving complex problems in a highly regulated environment, ensuring clear continuous communication and effective engagement with stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you should have:• A master’s degree in a science-related field, such as engineering, supply chain, or pharmaceuticals.• A minimum of 5+ years of experience with project management and experience in driving cross-organizational process improvement initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry• Experience with implementing regulatory requirements• Knowledge and experience with agile project management, GxP and labelling processes are considered an advantage About the department The Labelling Coordination department is a global team with locations in Denmark and India. We are responsible for assessing and planning all launches and lifecycle management updates to our packaging material for products worldwide including artwork and master data activities.
