Project Manager (m/f/d) Filling Line Installations

Come and join our team as a Project Manager for filling line installations.

As a Project Manager you are responsible for each step of the process for the installations of the filling machines of the Elopak portfolio and also for the necessary other equipment.

During the Pre Sales step your are involved in the customer discussions together with the Technical Manager and Sales for finding optimized solutions for our customer requirements. You are creating technical 2D/3D CAD layouts to show our filling machine solutions with the additional up- and downstream equipment in a specific customer context. Based on this you are creating cost calculations and time schedules for the whole installation project.

After the order is placed by the customer you are planning the purchasing of the necessary equipment in coordination with our Back Office.
 

During the installation of the equipment you are responsible for all installation steps at the customer site e.g. the machine delivery, the functional test and the efficiency test before the project closing. You will be supported by the regional technicians and by our Food Science specialists. Also the compliance of the project time and the project costs are key factors in your role as a Project Manager.

When closing the installation project you will hand over the whole installed equipment to the responsibility of the regional Technical Manager.

Your Skills:

We are looking for a person who has already at best some years experience with the filling machines of our Elopak portfolio. You should have a structured way of working and should not hesitate to take decisions when it is needed specially during the installation at the customer site.

As you will work in an international environment it is important that you have good communication skills and a good command of German and English and at best also of French and Spanish both spoken and written. In addition, you bring project experience in the Arab region with you. International traveling is absolute necessary in this position as a Project Manager.

For doing the project planning it is necessary to have good working experience with the MS Office programs and CAD systems like AutoCAD or Solid Works.
