The Position
In close collaboration with your colleagues, you will identify and contribute to the strengthening of our stakeholders’ compliance and Quality level.
You will be responsible for verifying the quality of our Finished Products production, which can include:
• Working with and reviewing Deviations to ensure production complies with the current requirements, creating the right strategy, and implementing sufficient actions
• Reviewing change requests and approving all changes wanted by production
• Reviewing and approving SOP updates
• Being quality responsible for validation projects.
In this role you will be part of driving optimizations either between QA and production or locally in QA.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the most important thing is that you find energy in balancing different tasks such as: handling daily routine tasks and larger projects which contribute positively to the well-being and balance of the team. You will join a production site with a high pace, which mean you must be motivated by flexible workstyle and ability to prioritize your own tasks and time.
We expect the successful candidate to have:
• An academic degree within Pharmacy, Engineering, Master of Science or equivalent
• Work experience in QA or GMP production together with the right quality mindset
• A structured approach to your work and always see your tasks through
• A strong sense of quality, are ambitious and ready to be part of our on-going efforts to improve our high standards
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

About the Department
The team is responsible for ensuring the best quality and compliance level in our production of Finished Product (FP) by supporting the patients needs by constantly improving the processes.
You will be part of a team consisting of 16 dedicated colleagues who are proud of the inclusive work environment we have built, and who share an interest in creating ambitious results through collaboration and curiosity. The team consist of both very experienced colleagues (+20 years) and newly educated individuals. We focus on good social relations and prioritize to make room for fun at work. We have weekly workout sessions and cake eating to ensure on-going well-being in the team.
We are part of both the deviation reduction journey, and changes that improve the production lines and processes. Furthermore, we are also a main resource in the new FP expansion process where 4 new lines will be installed over the next 3 years.
