Key Responsibilities:

• Global Leadership: Manage and develop teams responsible for incoming/outgoing goods inspection, calibration, and supplier quality engineers across locations. Direct management in Denmark with indirect global influence.
• Safety First: Ensure safety process compliance and facilitate safety committee meetings. Conduct daily safety Gemba walks and oversee safety reporting and activity planning.
• Quality Excellence: Oversee the global quality control processes, including non-conformance analysis, PPAP documentation, and systematic calibration. Ensure alignment with Svendborg Brakes quality targets and values.
• Strategic Oversight: Plan strategic initiatives within quality, safety, sustainability, management reviews and risk evaluations. Manage the QC/SQE processes and activities in Denmark, while also driving global compliance.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve product quality and quality planning in response to product or process changes. Provide professional coaching in problem-solving and quality methodologies.
• Customer Focus: Ensure timely responses to customer requests and ensure full product compliance with costumer requirements.
