Carlsberg Export&License has an exciting growth strategy and is looking for an enthusiastic personality with great sales skills and business understanding to strengthen the organization. You will be responsible for delivering profitable growth of our highly successful portfolio of global and local brands across key existing Travel Retail & Cruise ship customers while also embarking on new growth opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
You are offered an opportunity to support the long-term profitable growth of our business in the Travel Retail channels. Together with your internal stakeholders within Carlsberg Export&License and Carlsberg Group and with our customers, you will be responsible for developing & driving CE&L’s Travel Retail & Challenger market projects in the region.
This includes a full P&L responsibility of a portfolio of existing Travel Retail partners but also finding and building new partners particularly within the cruise industry which we cover on a global scale.
Some of the other responsibilities includes, proposing budget, setting up business cases, managing sourcing/export workstreams and innovation projects, ensuring contract maintenance with support from our legal team, facilitation reporting, etc.
You will also be offering an overall support to secure growth opportunities via portfolio expansion of new brands and to ensure that Carlsberg brands are marketed accordingly to the corporate guidelines and agreements.
What we’re looking for
We expect you to combine a master-degree within Sales, Marketing or Business Management ideally with a couple of years of experience within Beverage or FMCG business in a similar role.
As a person, you are skilled in communication, empathic and creative. You are also motivated and action/result orientated and possess analytical skills.
You are effective at building partnership relations and possess good negotiation skills. You are collaborative with proven strategic sales/marketing and project management competencies.
You have a high work capacity with a low stress level. You are fluent in English and are able to travel between 30 and 40 days a year.
Even when things get tough, you stay positive, proactive and maintain the helicopter perspective knowing you have the details under control.
You are service minded and can adjust to the situation and the requirements. All of this you combine with a team spirit and focus on succeeding together with others.
