Our Sales Department in Vedbæk (Denmark) is looking for a


Regional Merchandise Planner & Consignment Specialist - Maternity Cover (1 year 100%) (m/f/d)


In this role you will contribute to the success and development of Triumphs Strategic Accounts Business by taking full ownership of Merchandise for defined Strategic Accounts.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Drive the brand and business strategy by planning seasonal and core assortment for consignment customers in collaboration with sales and responsible Key Account Managers
  • In season Assortment Management in close cooperation with Demand Planning, Customer and Key Account Managers
  • Continuous tracking of buying decisions and processes to maximise turnover and gross profit
  • Monitor ongoing stock movements and discrepancies between customer consignment stock and SAP stock
  • Assure the Account assortment covers both commercial and branding aspects
  • Drive continuous process improvement within the consignment business
  • Analyse sales performance of top and worst sellers to assure impact to future collection development
  • Active participation and preparation of Range Meetings and Customer Assortment Meetings



Your ideal profile:

  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3-year professional experience in similar roles
  • Previous experience in Retail or Wholesale industry is a plus
  • Impactful and effective communication skills
  • Structured planning skills
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in using Excel; knowledge of SAP as a plus
  • Fluency in English, Danish; one Scandinavian language as a plus
