REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

Do you want to be part of the robot adventure in Odense and sell unique and world-leading welding robot solutions globally and if you are the type of person who wants to work on a number of exciting sales projects in a company that has a culture that is based on a pioneering spirit of innovation combined with trusting and supportive relationships, then we have the job for you.

THE POSITION

Inrotech is growing and we are looking for a new member to join our sales team. The role of the new position will be to identify new customers in various segments, directly or via external representations such as agents, partners, or others. You will inherit existing customers in selected markets/segments. To summarize:

  • Development of sales on selected export markets
  • Retention and further development of existing customers
  • Professionalization and expansion of the sales network in your market
  • Establish close contact with potential customers
  • Networking, including promotion in territory
  • Prepare sales-feasible documents/contracts and adapt specifications in relation to the specific project
  • Effective reporting, registration, and planning in CRM
  • Participation in marketing campaigns, trade fairs and exhibitions
  • Preparation and execution of regional sales activities
  • Support the Global Agent Manager in expanding the agent network by collaborating and seeking agents in your territories/areas
  • Contribute to the department's strategy planning and budgeting.

You are expected to have up to approx. 50 travel days a year and will be reporting to the CCO.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have a relevant commercial and/or technical education and background with focus on B2B sales, technical project sales, collaboration, sales psychology and finance
  • You have both technical and commercial understanding
  • You master as a minimum technical Danish and English at a high level in both writing and speaking
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a background from the heavy steel industry, shipbuilding and/or the offshore industry.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS

You are a structured technical individual with a unique sales gene. You are excellent at building trust and relationships based on your outgoing personality. You are self-motivated, and result-oriented, and have patience and perseverance in long sales processes.
