In this exciting role you will oversee all retail operation guidelines and training material developed for our franchise stores.
You will be a vital player in ensuring compliance with all Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s store standards by motivating, coaching, and training the franchise teams. Additionally, you will maintain an open dialogue with franchisees to create alignment, gather feedback and share best-practices. You will support our store opening processes in the markets by following up on individual milestones.
This is a role that will require market visits and therefore you must expect business trips to be part of your job. Our current franchise markets in the region are Korea, Japan, Indonesia, and Philippines.
You will report to our Regional Retail Manager, APAC and you will work from Flying Tiger Copenhagen’s office in Singapore.
Job purpose
The Retail Operations Specialist, APAC will oversee all retail operations manuals, guidelines and training material developed for the global franchise stores.
He/she will develop and implement the appropriate operations guidelines and trainings based on the existing and new processes and ways of working with the main goal of supporting franchisees in achieving their growth objectives.
He/She will ensure compliance with all FTC store standards by motivating, coaching, and training the franchisees’ teams and provide clear guidance on improvements. Additionally, he / she will maintain open dialogue with franchisees to create alignment, gather feedback and sharing best practices.
He/She will support the store opening process in new markets by following up on individual milestones in the go-to-market plan. Securing a successful opening and operations according to the Store Operations Manual. He/She will build competence by training the local team to successfully fulfil their further expansion plans.
