The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Sales & Admin Coordinator to support the General Manager and Commercial Team in the continued growth in the Nordics. This is a 7 month fixed-term contract and will report to the General Manager Nutramino & Nordics .
Provide ongoing support to the Commercial Team to ensure needs of Customers/Partners are met; Price list management Rebate tracking Daily contact to customer service to manage customer challenges New product launch execution Presentation building Support customer contract and follow up Consumption and internal data support Respond to numerous ad-hoc requests for information from various internal / external stakeholders Manage General Manager calendar and support in building presentations Be the local office manager in Copenhagen and take care of the details needed to run an office Be the support for our office in Stockholm. Will require 1 day travel a month The Skills you will bring to the team
Commercially focused Danish speaker Excellent time management and analytical skills and the ability to multitask Proven interpersonal skills - Must be extremely comfortable interacting with people and building relationships, at all levels High energy, high creativity but ability to work through the basics too Ability to work under own initiative Ability to work to stretching targets in a dynamic industry Attention to detail and a customer care focus Proficient Microsoft Office user (Excel, PowerPoint) Familiar with sports nutrition and the jargon/language used Where and how you will work
